Today is the start of May and with that, Celiac Awareness Month! My best friend, Nic has Celiac and she is really passionate about it. I remember when she was sick before being diagnosed and how miserable she was. I remember even after she was diagnosed how hard it was for her when she was adjusting to her new lifestyle and all of the hardships she went through.
